Aura initially came from the perspective to create generate art via team engagement. Through our initial focus groups, we began to realize that measuring engagement via verbal cues was not holistic for every team dynamic. So, we began to focus on the actual house rules and roles that teams do play, and what one static role, the facilitator lacks within product management teams.
Aura now focuses to become the ultimate facilitator assistant to help boost onsite team meeting productivity backed by AI integration to become dynamic for any meeting situation possible. Even one-on-ones.
Mission
Aura's mission is to reduce the time and money teams and businesses waste on unorganized and prolonged team meetings. By auto-enhancing pre-meeting prep such as agendas and action items, Aura can analyze and generate a perfectly structured meeting flow for any and all team meetings.
THE PROBLEM
In today's workplaces, unproductive team meetings are a pervasive issue, wasting time and draining resources. Countless hours are lost to aimless discussions that yield little to no tangible outcomes, leading to frustration and disengagement among team members. With the number of meetings set to increase, it's crucial to address this problem head-on. We need a solution that transforms meetings into productive, action-oriented sessions, ensuring that valuable time is used effectively to drive progress and achieve organizational goals.
THE SOLUTION
Aura is the antidote to banish boring meetings forever. Our journey began with a simple idea: to transform mundane meetings into dynamic, action-worthy experiences for every team. Aura as your all-in-one facilitator, onsite meetings become opportunities for action, ensuring they're always impactful and punctual.
